The Bamford Story

This is a lottery-funded project to create four murals to illustrate the history of Bamford. Working with Sue Prince, the village residents will create artwork telling the Bamford story over the winter and spring of 2019/20. The first step was to finalise the timeline of events. Over the weekend of 9th/10th November, we welcomed 100 visitors to the Moore Hall who all had stories to share. The amended timeline document will now be handed over to local artist Sue Prince for her to produce her sketches. The panels will be painted by us in February/March 2020 and the project will be completed in May 2020.

Nancy Kerr & James Fagan

Nancy and James wowed Bamford in September 2017 with their musicianship and energy. We're absolutely delighted they have accepted our invitation to come back and delight us all over again. It doesn't get any better than this!
